I'm 22 and I just started doing my 401(k) at work. If poor young ***** like me can do it, everyone else should too. It's best to start young anyways. My work matches dollar for dollar for the first 3% and then .50 for every dollar after that, and in 5 years, you can borrow against your 401(k) in full (loan without the bank that pays YOU back the interest!).

P.S. Random *** post that has nothing to do with EFs.

My office is across the hall from from a couple financial advisors. I met with them a while back, hopefully that'll be my next big investment, followed shortly by a real estate purchase.

Mortgages are so much cheaper than rent
I hate my rent. My buddy and I are going to apply for a loan this summer, draft up a contract, and buy a 2 story, 2 bedroom 2 bath (per side) duplex and rent out the other side. We're hoping to make some money or at least live for dirt cheap
My tax return will go towards buying security stuff for my car

nrg quick release with locking hub, killswitch for ignition and another for the fuel pump.
300 people will post under this their personal opinion but these are sure fire ways that it wont get "stolen", but NOTHING can protect from the vandalism theyll do when they cant steal it.

Exactly. But isn't that what comprehensive insurance is for? (You'd better believe I ******* switched from liability after that) And you're totally right, Chad. That plus an alarm...Plus a handgun.

question for the people with koni/gc setup.
do the sleeves fit tightly to the shock body? is there a shim that gets them to fit to avoid noise/clunking if tehy do not fit tight to the shock body.
i can't stand clunks and i may just go the route of a complete setup and scrap teh gc idea if they pop going in and out of driveways.
sad i know but it would bug me.
