comet FTW
I think the dish soap would be in the same league as the comet on porosity the comet has grit to it and also cleans very well
the shop URBAN and I worked at the guy sprayed the **** down right before paint with 50/50 vinegar and water. and you cant touch the **** that comes out of that shop....I promise

Never mind i found it
Never mind i found it
sorry about the other post. i must have been distracted. let me try it again
rota wheels (500) + kumho spt tires (240)= 740
spoon sw388 used (1000-1500)= 1500 (using the higher price)
1500-740= 760
760 left for whatever parts you want. in my case, that almost buys the koni/ ground control coilover set or a set of fixed bucket seats (memory fab, f1spec, etc) and the low mount sliders.
like i said before, if a certain brand name rim i really like is no longer popular and i find it for a good price, i will buy it. i used rota as an example just because everyone knows rota= replica. i live in modesto, ca. it is currently #1 in car theft per capita. i wish i didnt really have to worry about super crappy roads and thevies but i do. for my build, a used set of rims, or rota, konig, or drags will work for me.

i have an idea on coolant flushing. let me know what you guys have to add or just general imput
im thinking:
drain old coolant
put in 1/3 CLR (calcium, lime rust remover) and 2/3s distilled water
drain CLR, h2o combo
put in distilled water with a few scoops of oxyclean
drain oxyclean, h20 combo
put in antifreeze/ distilled water mix
i have some super crusty coolant in my car right now

just for my 2 cents, i wouldn't do the oxyclean.

so you would have the sw388's with no tires?
forgot to add that into your equation.
also, what the expletive are kumhos? you really mean that you would run those when for the same price you can get a tire form bridgestone or dunlop for the same price with better traction and weather ratings and less noise?
and if you were honestly going to run kumhos would you actually pay that much for them.
i work at a kia dealer (make fun of me i can take it-tehy break and i fix them) and know the horrors of kumho tires since they are factory on damn near everything korean. i also know that they wear funny and are loud. i also know that if you are paying any more than 50 dollars for a 195 or 205 50/15 you are grossly overpaying for the itre you get.
dunlop direzzas-not the greatest thing on earth-cost 53 a piece if you do some searching.
