the lip ur asking about is a Chargespeed...passwordjdm makes a replica, the crx and hatch versions BOTH fit the USDM front ends with minor modifications made to the lip, uve seen the lips on the crx's...here is a pic of it on a non JDM front end (ZC i believe)

Randy Gagan's CRX had a Mugen EG lip on it I believe? Not sure so don't hold me to it.

 

ok how about that silver jdm front rex with the 88-89 side trim on it with the panasport/watanabe wheels? what lip is that? sorry im not gonna quote pictures

and the white lip on the haTCH isnt EXACTLY what im talkign about. close, but not quite the same as the one on the silver rex

cuz u had said "larger lip" the eg mugen lip randy had on the crx...but if u were talkin about randy's crx then thats the eg mugen lip like digital had already posted

That one is the Password lip, copied after the Chargespeed I think. I'm pretty sure there's one that'll fit on the USDM 90-91 bumper.

i think thats what im looking for. hope they have it in plastic. wonder if anyones used that carbon kevlar yellowish weave like on .donut's ej im jsut thinking the key to getting one of these to look right is gettign the nose down. at least in my eyes.

me too i have been trying to find that lip i have on my crx in a kevlar weave aswell but no luck so far

i swear that cage looks alittle to close for comfort in that hatch, almost looks like it was made for a smaller vehicle like a crx

You can ask Sean where he got the EG one (FF-sean, the original owner of the kevlar lip on donut. Mike's EJ), and maybe they'll make you one too? I asked Sean about it and he told me but I was 10 Newcastles to the wind so I don't remember.

oh well i dont really follow the ZC model too well so i just thought the bumper was ZC also, i know the ZC hood has that hump off to the side

Chargespeed &gt; J's Racing &gt; password

Chargespeed was the first company to make the lip. J's racing soon after copied the lip. Password copied the J's Racing lip. Chargespeed and J's racing lip all come in white FRP. Chargespeed lip has the logo stamped on the underbelly of the lip. J'as does not but the J's racing lip comes in white. The password lip comes in black not white FRP like the other two listed above.

Chargespeed also orginated the Wing which J's racing soon after copied. There are two style of the wing the non SiR for the EF3 which comes w/out the large slit to accomidate the Sir light and the SiR style one which does have the slot for the light.

If I at all helped informed anyone then my job is done

chargspeed also makes a lip for EF3-1 front which is the same as the 88-89 front bumper we have over here. If you would like to get this lip conact Versusmotorsports and they carry them for $350 plus tax. Or you can get the password for less and modify it to your USDM bumper. Or just don't do it at all

The black one on p153 with carbon hood and tein sticker on the lip is sick..excuse me for not knowing the car..im a noob still...lol.

he tried to charge me somewhere around that price too, then tried to tell me that J's racing was the originators of the wing and was later copied by chargespeed...eventhough VersusMotorsports is outta the wings, i got nooooooooo problem waiting for them to get back in stock, since im getting it at a killer price

 

Chargespeed created the wing first

The last one they had in stock was sold on July 18th and they will have more in stock end of August
