i have k sports on my car now and they are pretty decent. they are also fully adjustable as far as ride height. i am still thinking about switching to a ground control/ koni combo.

ksports here too for a few more weeks then onto Koni/GC...they're alright for daily use/an occasional auto-X, but onto bigger and better things for me .

Those seems to be the best priced, but I want to be sure they will give me enough drop. I got the full coils. They ride nice, and real stiff. Height and preload adjustment, but no damper adjustment. I got them used off of a friend for a good price, and they weren't very old/used. He got PICs instead, and I was upgrading from a shock/spring combo.

I still want to get better sway bars, and a bigger brake setup too before I am satisfied with my chassis however.

I forgot to mention, to adjust the heights, you have to undo the LCA and twist the bottom piece. Otherwise you have to adjust the preload on the spring with this dual ring setup. Works well, but a little awkward. I have to take my wheels off to adjust the preload.

We were coming from San Jose. We had no idea where we were for awhile. I guess it was the "scenic" route from 101 to 1. lol.

I have the omni's too. Non adjustable dampening, but for a street/track car, that's fine. For a dedicated track car, dampening is a must. They are a good value, but if I did it agan it would be gc/koni. I have yet to hear a complaint about that set up, plus they have the extended top hats.
