some news, I sold the teg yesterday. I got what I paid for it so I was very pleased. It was sad to see it driven away, but I am excited for a fresh start. I won't buy a car for atleast 2 years or so, but when I come back into the car game I will most likely have a Lexus IS300

Went to my first auto cross today to watch a friend, and he convinced me to race my DD. So glad I did, it was a blast. Finished 7th out of 20 cars in a novice class, Lost to 2 miata's, a Z06 corvette, a newer porshe, and 3 STi's.

Thanks, and yep, I'm hooked. I'm going to do 2 of the last 3 races this season, and over winter prep my civic for next season.

Lol, Integra/Civic, same ****.

Both have the exact same suspension setup.

 

Can't say I agree.
First things first, the wheel base is different. Shorter and wider in an integra. Ideal for track purposes. I assume the integra also has larger brakes and more rigidity to the suspension when stock.

I've never owned a civic so these are just assumptions, hence why I asked.

 

It's a long story, I have 4 hondas. My girl wants a tsx so I am willing to sell the teg i daily drive to help buy the tsx. My 95 gsr is more of a looker right now, the element is the winter/grocery vehicle, and she drives a 98 civic hatch. So I get to build the hatch.

But anyway. Yes, your some what right. The eg civics are about the same car but ek civic is a bit diff. But i have most of the basics covered. I have a b18b to put in, and ill put front and rear sway bars on it, and I am going to run Si front brakes and convert the rear to disc's. I'm thinking it will be like the integra but less weight.

And don't worry, I will never sell my 95 GSR. DC for life.

The sun makes your DC look like its blue to purple faded. Looks rad haha

 

thanks, it definitely is more blue than purple but if you catch the right light it reveals the secret color. That's why I like the ssbp color.
