Hey guys, so my engine last got its headgasket damaged started mixing water and oil and it got fixed but no work done on the block cause mechanic told it was in good condition so 5 days after using it , again the same **** so im thinking about getting a new engine.

Whats better a b18 or b20? both non-vtec cant afford a vtec one.

 

Hey justin,what size tires are on your blades? I'm in a delima, I either can get 195/55 Achilles atr or 205/50 nitto gens. The neo gens are 100 bucks more and I'm running 205/50 912s now and scrape fender lining on sharpe turns which I will be doing a lot at dragon run. Any advice guys?

 

B18b has more potential, it can handle boost up to 300hp with no problems. B20b's are great motors if you keep them in stock form, pretty torquey in the lower and mid RPM range but they can't handle boost, I've read so many boosted B20 threads that had cracked sleeves.

 

Motor is torn completely apart, ready to drive a car with vtec again...enough of this ls business
