So with the 98-01 Integra rear bumper, is the part at the bottom (kind of like an insert) suppose to be black or match with the car, like white for my example.

 

 

Unfortunately mine is color matched but to me it looks like they are supposed to be black.

which red wire connects to the fog light plug? Also do I run a red wire straight to the battery with a fuse or where do I connect it to draw power?

a couple of R's have come up that make me think twice about not having an integra, but if i had a 3rd one stolen, I would probably commit murder.

 

I thought they were color matched. All the 98+ bumpers I've seen were all color matched.
