Haha, I live in a semi-rural area like 30min from Toronto, my buddy lives like 5min from my place. If we lived anywhere near downtown there's no way we'd be able to own/drive cars like ours, the theift is horrible, lol.

 

i think i just possibly ruined my life... will now be convicted after failing my final drug test, and will stop receiving financial aid to go to school because of it... forcing me to drop out. and good luck ever being hired for a decent job w/ this on my record....

i smoked once a few days after 420 thinking i would have plenty of time for it to blow over... didnt wait long enough as my officer said i scored really low on the thc count and that one week later i prob would have tested clean

im not sure, i very well could have jail for only 30 days max. but this is a first offense on a possession charge where I've never been in trouble in my life. I had a year probation but was getting off in 6 months for good behavior. Now its back up to the full year with more tests. I am allowed to attend school this semester as my court date isnt until January. Im hiring an attorney to try and basically get me anything besides being convicted and loosing financial aid opportunity. Whether it be more probation and more community service etc. basically anything besides having the case just end... so i can still afford school and not drop out.

but yea im not going to IA anymore now and I have to go to school not even knowing if it will be worth it, or if im just wasting another semester at school before i get found guilty and drop out.

o how life changes so fast. just yesterday I was two weeks away from being completely free.

I don't even care about my damn car anymore at this point.

thanks for all the support guys, I just really need to be able to stay in school. I don't care at all what penalties are given from the court system, hell I wouldn't even fret about jail for a few weeks. I just NEED my education, if that capsizes then I honestly would be lost as *** in this world lol

 

**** i hear ya...i wasnt allowed to drive till i paid off my fines and that was wit me paying my way thru school and books and bills..now i can drive but i shouldn't just because i shouldnt risk it...i got 6 monts left and scared as **** to get in any trouble..so i feel ya haha hopefully they can let u off with some sort of warning or something since the thc level was so low.

 

yea well my probation officer said when you fail a test its usually a automatic conviction, that's what i need to avoid. just want an extended sentence like 2 years probation and more community service. but even if i loose im going to have to appeal the entire case over from the beginning when i was initially pulled over for the possession charge
