The OFFICIAL DC Squad --Version 3--
i started out with 400 grit, then 1000 and finished with 2000. Who knows what the center caps even look like, might look better without them. I could care less bc they came with this civic i just bought.
Someone help me find a 98-01 usdm itr front lip kit or front lip for now. My Cf lip got destroyed trying to make it out of my driveway in this snow
. Ohh well guess its onto the next style.

I don't think you used enough sandpaper gritts. This is what Adam told me about polishing my blades.
- 180 (if the product is really fucced up)- 220 (make sure you sand 3x faster so it reduces the 180 grit scratches left behind)- 320- 400- 600- 800- 1000- 1500- 2000 (This is what basically amplifies the overall shine)- Mother's Aluminum Polish- Lots of water (make sure you dump out the old water after each grit)- Gloves (I used the yellow gloves for cleaning toilets lol)- Lots and lots of patience!I started off dry sanding with 180 grit just because it helped remove the black spots as much as possible. Then I dry sanded with 220 faster than I normally would when I sanded with 180 grit. Then wet sand 320-2000. Now by the time you get to 800 make sure you take your time! Don't rush anything and make sure you get all the spots. When you hit 1500 grit you should notice it will start to shine. If you don't then you didn't take your time sanding with the grits you used prior. The 2000 should take most of the scratches the 1500 left behind. After you're done with that, grab a shop towel and spread a little Mother's polish and just keep rubbing. The harder and faster you rub, the more it will shine. On a side note, make sure you sand in even and in the same direction. Don't sand all over the place.

lol hmmm i might want to polish something just to try it out
I wish jerry was around to polish my header. I'm def too lazy to do that. I did that once to my old comptech and it looked good but since it was stolen i have little motivation.
I'm om my bb, its easy to cut n paste!
Yea I polished my rsr/old greddy header took only 2hours each header, both looked brand new when it was done! Hopefully polishing my blades goes that smoothly.

Yeah I looked on HT, couldn't really find what I was wanting...
I'm wanting some 15" BBS's, don't have to be mint and without tires. Best would be some that need redone.
