Yes...the previous owner had fog lights there...I'm not a fan of them nor did they work correctly. I simply trimmed the rest of the vent opening and then made some brackets that attach to the back of the cf plates. Then I riveted them to the bumper.

this is why i havnt been able to drive my car for 8 months now...i finally got my fenders rolled after lagging and schedule conflicts...and my girl got me some KW V3 for my early bday gift so i got those on few weeks ago...and now i just need time to go get a alignment but i got 255 which is a bit bigger then i expected and need some major camber and cause its big as hell i cant even get to the alignment shop without hitting and rubbing on my quarter panel and fenders...problems one after another and its all my fault!!!! hopefully i can get everything set -_-

things i want and will have left to do, switch the brakes to ls disc, fogs, window visors, paint, stanly corners, maybe thin molding, rear edm tail lights with built in fog light, wheels (getting a set of ls meshes from a friend for daily) gray gsr int front and rear. auto power roll bar. not looking to go as crazy as i did before. may look to get some cpf's.
i was telling james about you getting the kw's i just wasnt sure if it was the v3's or not. i plan on finshing this one. i dont plan on doing much more, i got alot of the small things i wanted out of the way. got a oem lip, mud guards, motor w/really nice tranny, a/c, my wheel, have a rear sway still and rear lca's, also have my jdm headlights from the hatch with hid.

damn thats a lot of stuff not just a little lol...jeff u crack me up but i do hope to see this project done...yea she got me the kw v3 i wanted the clubsport but that way to ballen... so now i gotta find some replacement springs as soon as i hit the track and decide what rates i want for it...but definitely these are better then any tein setup ive used...i seriously think most jdm suspension are garbage now...next step up is MOTONS! hahaha jk maybe when i get more serious in to tracking

each person has a personal taste they are more then enough for what im looking to do. spirited driving, auto-x, and if i ever feel up to a event then i can go. i had them on my hatch before and loved em. good bang for the buck.
i think koni/gc would be a better setup to...the koni yellow made for ground controls have there dampening setup for your ground control rates...isnt function form those cheap taiwanese coils? but then again i never tried function form but my koni/gc setup was awesome....cheaper to depending on your case

Jeff told me about that... I want the kw v3's, but I can't justify that cash... I'll be settling for some BC racing coilovers. and as of right now, I'm hoping I don't need too much camber... but I'll have 18x9's. how much camber are you looking at having to run to fit 255's with your wheels?

Fnfs arent bad at all. My friend has them on his sol and they are nice as hell. He has the upper end ones tho. Think they are type 2s. Although this is true, koni/gc is pretty ****ing awesome imo.
