Man Im pissed with my car. Ive always gotta fix something on this ****. This is probably the closest Ive ever felt to selling everything. If it isnt one thing with this car its another and after all of that I have to weld in new quarter panels. The amount to get it right might not be worth it.

I just found an S2000. 2000 Blk/Blk with 113,000 miles. As far as my hatch goes it needs new rear quarter panels. Has no A/C, no Heat, no PS, needs about $4,000 ( I should be able to skim that number down immensely.) to get it ready for paint. I can do without A/C and PS. I need heat to defog. If I do keep it Im more than likely going to get a Maaco paintjob until I finish with college. Outside of that I need to do a lot of wiring to get it to work the way I want. Im just crazy frustrated with it. I spend so much time working on it and I dont even get to enjoy it.

Man Im so there. A big part of me wants to just quit and buy a 350z like Ive wanted since they came out. Im considering keeping it if I find some new rear quarter panels and I talk to this guy a know about having him replacing them for me. If I cant find them or the price is outrageous Im probably just gonna cop a 350z.
well you can get oem ones that are very expensive... there are 2 kinds (full & 1/2) see http://www.slhondaparts.com/images/PCI/13SR30/013/5.jpg
try college hill, slhondaparts, majestic but they may not ship
or you can get an aftermarket patch panel (see ebay)
better idea is find a mint body at a salvage yard - if your good you can get a clean 1/4 section (knowing where to drill-out oem spot welds etc...)
on a side note my car is never going to be assembled & running at the rate its going... my job is too overwhelming right now & my stress has gone thru the roof

I'm right there with your brotha... my car has failed smog again. Im pulling out all the tricks now do Im crossing my fingers for monday. Last week, the shifter came loose, and THAT SCARY when driving on the freeway and not knowing WHAT is going to happen/fall off the bottom of the car. lol. Plus, though i havent had a chance to see, but i have a feeling with the hot summer to come, im going to have main relay problems again. If you truely love the car, keep it and be patient. Just remember, its fun to work on your car, just dont rush anything! I wanted to sell before too, but i dont think i could TRUELY part with this stupid car. haha.
But i agree, sometimes it feels like your car will never run right, I just know, at one point, with my project, I will make sure I fix everything. attention to detail is my philosophy to the build..... Yeah, i just rambled on. lol
