dependant on the month I work 168-176 hours.. and every time off I take is paid, so this month when I only pull ~120 hours I still get paid the same so I love that fact. it does make it hard to ballpark how much you make an hour, that's for sure.

 

I just quit my job and the one thing I learned is that the more I make the more I get taxed. Sad thing is that the accounting department doesn't even have degree's so I was always iffy about them. One time I calculated that they shorted me 1000. Of course they said no. But on a lighter note....

who did you work for? that sounds [freak]ed. and, I hear you on the more you make the more you get taxed.. 1/3 of the money I earn is taxes.

 

I think I was avg 1/4th. But man when the OT kicks in its like you owe child support.

word! to an extent it's almost not worth doing the overtime from how bad they rob the earnings back from you.

my son started walking last week, and i picked up a new car yesterday. i wouldnt have gotten this if i didnt get rid of my hatch last year

and thanks! the K actually feels like a b16 w/JRSC to me. i have a buddy with a 00 si and i work on it for him a little, so i get to drive it too of course. i like the feel, and cant wait to do a few little things, that DONT void the warranty of course.

replacing every single suspension bolt, sand blasting & powdercoating the oem arms I will reuse, running a new custom brake hardlines is whats next on my "to do list" - see you next year

My checks are like 800-900 after taxes, Depending on how much I make I lose around 100$-150$ just in taxes

 

Man the RR is the ****. I would so get one if they were available over here.

I lose 100-150$ A week though, that 7200$ a year

 

$320 a week here but rebates are nice
