I understand what you two are saying but a garuntee is a garuntee. UPS, DHL, and every other major shipper is working around the clock (thus is the reason they do seasonal hiring) to ensure everyone gets their packages in a timely manner. The most important this is did the guy ever fork up a tracking order or a ship invoice. He has to do on or the other. UPS say's it'll be there on the 1st, it's their on the 1st.</TD></TR></TABLE>
naw......my friends pre-nup got held back 3 days, but he got his money back.

Did he has a tracking number to prove that his item had been shipped?

you're missing the fact the seller made the gurantee, not the shipping company.

Didn't miss the fact. If the seller made the gaurantee then he should have a tracking number to at least prove he shipped it. Then it's not the sellers fault anymore. As it stands, it doesn't seem like the seller ever sent out the item. Cause the only way to tell would be to what? That's right, the tracking number

I've been out of the scene for a while in terms of researching and buying parts, so I was wondering what you guys recommend in terms of suspension for someone on a budget.

I have Ground Controls and Tokico Illuminas now, but they are both shot after six years of hard use.

the seller made a gurantee he had no control over, and he didn't even send the item out on time. my point was, the seller's gurantee doesn't mean ****.
