Charlie, I feel your pain man, no one has ever really dicked up my rice rockets but way back when I was into low riders and daytons and got away from fastish cars for a while, my **** was broken into and stolen so often it made me leave that and come back to the drag strip.

Sad to see a nice looking set of Mugen MR5's crushed like that...unless of course they were the TenzoR copies!

It's hard to watch cars like that get crushed, but coming from someone who's had their car stolen I have to appreciate the fact that police are doing something about car thieves and the stolen parts market.

i agree with you but all of my buddies swaps they got from hmo are missing the tranny vin so its like a double wammie....but there make the claims it about the stolen parts but when your car gets stolen here they dont even car, to them its like another honda is off the street. i know this cause when my car got stolen and broken into the cops took 7hrs to get to my house. both times....the second cop was a bit better and followed up with me as much as he could.

I still don't see how its legal to crush the cars though, this day and age they call a minivan full of senior citizens going 3mph over the speed limit 'street racing'. if the car is full of parts with unknown origin, yea crush the **** out of it.. if the kid had reciepts for everything, send him to the ref after he pays for the car to get out of the impound and let him enjoy a damn hobby that's not drugs.

(and by hobby I mean bulding the car, NOT street racing.) more often than not street racing is stupid, you do not need 100 people out watching two cars race.. it only raises the danger factor that much.

i was talking about the silly kids in hanford......i swear more and more kids are trying to race everyone in there lifted trucks.....its rather scary seeing a lift truck coming at me fast..... ......damn its been that slow? is it still on lock down or something likethat?

 

yea... I'm told I'll have some sort of job on b-yard, which is the yard known for the most fights and stabbings... of course, because of that reputation they are locked up all day. so depending on my job, my day could be pretty uneventful.. and I say that with a few hours experience on b-yard yesterday, I almost fell asleep in the control booth over 20 times

Well, my plans for right now are the wheels and exhaust... thats really all i can afford lol. Im getting P1 SF's in black or white, I can't decide. I'm considering doing b20/vtec, plus some other goodies . Im working on a new suspension (Function & Form or Tanabe... once again, can't decide). And I've got to fix my camber problem . Plus, I'm trying to source some more chassis stiffening parts... Benen Industries, anyone? haha. As for the interior, I'm planning on getting the jdm center console to delete the cup holders. For the exterior, I've got antenna block off and rear wiper block offs coming. Just small stuff for the time being. But my plans for the motor and suspension will be carried out soon enough... Im a noob to Honda's... ha. My buddy Rhymenocerus has been helping me out a lot, so to you man, Thanks!! And to everyone else... Thanks for taking your time to read this, I really appreciate it!

at least you allready have a motor.....i say function/form i have loved mine......and dont worry about camber i got 3.5 degrees in the front.....worry about toe.

don't know... find out tomorrow what days off I have and what my exact job is going to be.

ohh and you should def switch out your suspension and sell the koni + gc set up to me ... but yea for some stiffening, i'd look into the miracle x bar, memory fab sells em on here

ohh and like everyone is saying worry more about toe, killed my first set of tires/rims with em on my sol

that guy with the sparco wheels said if i gave him 250 plus my exhaust, he would give me the wheels.. i think thats a pretty good deal.. but im not totally sure on the wheels yet..

I want to be a wheel *****.. but i dont know if i can afford it yet.. im throwing around the idea of supercharging.. just low boost though..
