Offical eH squad list.
Sadly, if I do end up doing it, this will be the last goldy I build. She will be missed dearly, but things just aren't the same after the theft...I dunno why.

I've been down the theft road twice now.......for me to have the same car after losing it twice, and getting it back twice I feel like I have a bond with the car no on else will ever understand. But I can understand what you feel, you feel like your pride and joy had been raped, taken advantage of, and voliated. **** sucks man. I wish you the best of luck.

I'm in NC over here on the east coast, so even if I told you it wouldn't be much help...unless you want to bring your car over here for a paintjob!

haha, spaced that one. but did the paint shop do everything? im mainly concerned about the finishing process. I was hopeing that you did it yourself and could give me some insite how to make it nice and shiney

Dammit man, that's a hell of a shell to be getting rid of.
I kinda know the feeling though. Mine is once the car is "finished", I no longer enjoy it like I did while building it so I start looking for another.

It was done in an outdoor booth by a guy I know that paints, it was done on the side in his extra time. The passenger door is kinda wavy (wish I would have block sanded it myself), but everything else looks good. As far as finishing process, the car was wetsanded and buffed for a nice shiny, slick finish!

Brian cutting a car isn't hard just takes a long *** time to do it.........all you do is wet sand with 1000-1500-2000. Then after that your clear will have a faded look to it and then you look for spots you may have missed. Buffing is easy, but can be bad if you burn you paint, from stayinf in the same area to long. Ill show you how to on my hood since I need to quit being lazy and buff the rest of my car all ready.

There's just little things that bother me about it...you always see the worst in your own cars, even if other people tell you it's beautiful. This probably sounds stupid, but I miss having a mint white eg. I'm on the hunt for another one, but I'm picky when it comes to that.

Sometimes Jeff, I wish I could be in the Socal area! I would want to go now but at the moment everything in my life is coming together with my career and all. If I would go back 3 years ago, I think I would of made a big move to socal.
Just looking at all the friends I have made! Thank god for Honda-Tech and of course the EH Squad!
