Well Squad today my motor finally gave away. On Sunday the day of the Eibach meet, Jeff noticed alot of white smoke shooting out from my exhaust. I was a bit worried at the time but didn't think too much of it due to the fact that we were at Eibach and I was too excited to even worry about it. Well I went home that night and took a look under my hood and checked all the sign's and well my head gasket is fried/blown however you see it. Talked with my dad who run's a shop and agreed that it is definately gone, my dad being the old fashioned kinda guy he is didn't think an engine swap would be needed esp. an engine that didn't belong in the hatch. Got into a bigass arguement with my folk's and they told me to just sell the car and save myself the heartache and headache later on down the road.

They basically said fixing up an old car is a waste of time and money, they said they'd much rather have me work on a car that didn't require so much work but they also don't understand what my interest's are. I thought long and hard again for the past few's day's thinking about selling my baby and I think maybe selling it would be a good idea, cause for one I won't have to worry as much about thieves and two maybe investing $15,000 into my baby in the future just isn't worth it. My dad said it would cost well over a grand or so just to replace the head gasket at his shop and that swapping it out to an Integra motor is out of the question or else he'd be really angry with me, plus whatever he say's mean's a lot to me seeing that he's the one that actually bought me the car. So I'm quite sure that I am now positive that I am selling my hatch and picking up a new whip and it's most likely gonna be a '99-00 Integra GSR or an S2K. So umm yeah I don't think there's no turning back now...

oh tell your rents to shut their pie hole...damnit its just a headgasket....just drive with it until a bearing goes then a rod....thats what i did, then i put a GSR in mine then did the exact same thing....then i got my LS vtec with a strong bottom end, and been trouble free
