Im on OTS yellow's ground control sleeve's and top hats. I got a killer deal so I went that road. I started with 600f 650r think Im going to up the rates and get them re-valved by propartsusa. The car feel's good. Just feel's it need's a bit more rate at some point.

As for ITR expo, I would love to do it but I hate their rules when it comes to the all or nothing approach towards safety. It's ok. Anyways, we're in talks with them about this and waiting to hear back. They probably won't allow it but if they did, Evan and I would go to it. I may just end up doing Limerock nearby. I won't be making it to the July 8th event at Watkins Glen like I had been trying to get to. I'll still go and take photos though since Evan is running. Making big moves these next few weeks

 

LOL...WHAH? You're safety is a pretty critical aspect of driving on a track with a bunch of other dudes in cars.

 

I agree it is. I wouldn't put bucket seats in my car if I didn't think they were as safe or safer than OEM seats. Most other governing bodies allow it, the Expo simply goes by NASA's CCR (Club Rules and Regulations) which IMO overly strict.

 

Given the times, the key term to be used is liability. Especially after the DE death in California.

 

Yeah I understand. I was running numbers and the expo would still be quite expensive to do. About $850 not including all the car prep to get it ready. It would help a lot if it was closer.

 

You have to pay to play. I spent over 500 in gas to go to Expo11. My first Expo was 10 and Lyda, from Seattle, made the trip for his first Expo, as well. He then showed up to Expo11 in South Carolina. He also made the trip to Expo12 at Mid Oh. His car took a dump on the way home, so he had to do a U-Haul type deal to get back. Your "excuses" just became invalid!

 

Popping vtec isn't safe anywhere.

Looks good Kevin. If I had more seat time...alas...any seat time...in my integra, I'd think about expo. I've missed a few autox days local due to my busy *** schedule. Sucks. I just want to play in the integra boys!
