I have cut carbon, before, it isn't as "easy" as it looks. That A/C block off piece is a work of art. WELL DONE, sir!

 

What do you need fella? It will have to be something I can test fit on my hatch...because that is the key ingredient to my cf stuff. The fit has to be snug.

I made this last night too. It's for a local fella who is boosted. He needs it to mount his aem wide band and boost gauges. I drove to work with it installed in my car and it didn't budge. Victory again.




Bummer thing is...I'll probably have to make another one because the stupid top laminate layer or whatever pealed off halfway when I took the tape off the top after cutting and test-fitting the piece. This used hood I have isn't in as good of shape as my old RED DRAGON hood.

Made something special for BRAD too.




It's an illusion Bradley. I simply made a rectangle piece and trimmed the part that holds the buttons into the backside of the face plate so that the cf is sammiched between the plate and the button bracket. Thanks guys!

 

 

Illusion or not, it is super hard to round those edges, especially with that small/tight of tolerances. Again, job well done, and thank you.

Morning fellas, back on the grind.

 

i missed the fun on saturday...apparently the place was super packed....i went for sunday still a couple hundred cars there and alot of people to talk to. the red deft motion s2k sounded so flippin good.

saw several spinouts coming out of what i think is considered turn one. turn one is a longer corner coming out of a decently long strait, push it to hard and there is sand right along the edge of the track when it straitens out, people were spinning out all day right there.

 

 

I should have resized it, oh well, Facebook on the phone to Gmail to copy and paste here. You get the idea, buried. Weekend story to come.
