Man i once got tore up on e&j brandy all night and my homies girl had a big friend and she knew i was tore up so i just let her kiss on my neck all night. got to someone's house and got served up in the bath room some of the best head i ever got. different strokes for different folks. it is sad to say, this isn't my first rodeo. i grew up "hefty", but lost most of it starting in middle school playing sports. through high school it stayed off due to bmx, apc class x 2 lol, and well the ladies. went to school after that and well dorm food rocked me. i gained about 25lbs, but still wasn't "fat". high school i graduated at about 150 with <6% bf. i came home to finish school and still held 2 jobs. i gained more weight, i got up to 225. got back in the gym and i was a good 170 for a couple years around 8% body fat. then i started working 2 jobs again to support my family and my habit. so, now i am back at it, minus avijit.

for me working out gets followed by good eating habits. if i don't workout, i don't eat "right". i can eat bad and still go to the gym on the regular basis. i also know people who never ate right, yet were lean as could be. adrian peterson would be an example of that, that everyone knows.


nothing wrong with that. i am 28, but i don't look 19. when i was 24 or 25 i dated a 18 year old. rocked that everynight, bedtime story.
