i like spec2s. i am not a fan of the slip fit junk nor the price. my bunny club spec2.5 on my car cost a fraction of the price.
on the other hand i can't get over this head cold garbage. about ready to drink some hot sauce and let the drainage begin.

Yeah I like the looks for sure, gotta see how it sounds to judge but from what Ive heard Ive def loved it. Just smooth.
Looks good, sounds good ( if it was 100 db quieter lol) but yeah its pretty annoying driving next to someone with it.
The trip to IA in 2010 was a 17hr drive and 5 guys had the Spec 2 alone lol, it sucked a bit.
Ftw! I love my OEM exhaust but it chokes my exhaust too much but yours is a little bigger and looks nice. Thats the way to go IMO if you're not worried about power. Sounds good when you step on it but quiet when just driving, thats where its at!

Well my exhaust is 2.25'' so its not stock (1.78'' IIRC or somewhere around there) and the oem axleback just kind of chokes the setup so I'll see some gains in HP but if I can just have a little more torque I'll be happy. Youd be surprised how a little bit of extra torque does, even if its small, just as long as it can be felt is a nice bonus. When I replaced my header with the same one, I picked up some good torque just because it wasn't leaking anything at all, love it!
Youre right though, I dont need too much but I just didnt want the exhaust to be chocked at the end and not to mention, my axleback vibrates sometimes since the whole exhaust had to be pushed forward for the header to fit. The N1 won't be hitting the chassis so that will be a relief. Cant wait!!

SpeedFactory's hatch is soo nice!!! Nothing wrong with a gsr head tho! From my understanding, the b16 head flows more then a stock gsr head, but once you start porting the gsr head you can flow alot more than the b16 head. Something to do with the amount of metal you have to work with. Im sure you are running a big bore b16 right? What kind of trap speeds are you running? Power of car?

just watched that. hmmmm i hate honda trap speeds. what was the 60ft. i know that has alot to do with it. my friends was traping 135 i believe and went 10.8 in his integra in 06-07? leaning more to 06. other friends coupe when 10.7 a month or so after and had about the same trap speed. crazy **** man. kinda thinking about picking up a long block of my own to build since i have rods sitting anyways. so i can start a little smaller and have room for re-builds.

all this talk about axlebacks gives me a headache. it is like talking about a boner you got over your 7th grade english teacher, that was 10+ years ago. noone cares.

and you do have a little more material to work with on the gsr. and the bottom end is a stock bore, i wanted to do a conservative street sweeper in the beginning, but it got outta hand (and my wife thought so too when more parts started showing up at the house! haha i made 701whp and my fastest trap speed to date is 143.4mph and that was with a 2.0 60ft (i thought i was at 8psi but i was at 12, i took my 5 yr sons word for it, he loves cars! just watched that. hmmmm i hate honda trap speeds. what was the 60ft. i know that has alot to do with it. my friends was traping 135 i believe and went 10.8 in his integra in 06-07? leaning more to 06. other friends coupe when 10.7 a month or so after and had about the same trap speed. crazy **** man. kinda thinking about picking up a long block of my own to build since i have rods sitting anyways. so i can start a little smaller and have room for re-builds.
remember that this speefactory is in El Paso, Tx not washington, alot of people confuse them....actually i kept the gsr head cause i had used it on 3 other builds (i kept spinning bearings :lol

IIRC that pass was a 1.6 60ft. you should build one man, its so much fun building it and even more fun when you make the first pass.....
