Didnt drive my **** all weekend... Been 8 days since ive driven it, weather has been rediculous, did let it idle for 10 minutes today though lol.

 

ohdamn that greeny hatch is sick, also HBK that amber setup is awesome, i wanna do my climate control too and get a jdm clock.

 

bump cause people are certain car dealerships are bunk as hell. worse customer service i have ever had.

Put some suspension on my buddies sol, hes getting ready for ia.

Stuff thats going to happen for me after IA: finish up paint, install rims/tires, install coilovers, steam clean interior and install carpet, possible stripping of interior instead...lmao, pull motor in hatch, and get my sedan running (new daily).

Hope to get things done rather quickly....I just have been busy, had visitors from out of town for the last 2 weeks. Helping others with their cars since I wont be bringing mine to IA...decided to just ride along and take rolling shots and pictures since I just got a new lens and a new photoshop. :p

 

and in the end the car will still be there when you get back why stress that ****. take your time. i remember trying to rush my hatch and i am 90% sure that why i got burnt out on it.

 

exactly why Im waiting till after IA.

Sad news but I won't be able to make it to IA. With the last min trip to Guatemala and Atlantic City these past couple of days I don't have enough funds to make the trip. Sucks I'm gonna miss it but there's always next yr.

Ah sucks. There is always next year. Honestly this year no one is going so it won't be very fun like before. Hope next year is different.

Hoping to turn it around this week. At least my car rides good now, I missed it for a bit. It's just so smooth and much quieter now and I'm enjoying it. Esp. with the new lightning. My oil leak will be fixed soon, wash and wax, fixing my passenger door wiring soon too and then the bay will get some cleaning too. Tranny fluid change, lip is going to be sanded and painted and will ge. New hardware and yeah about time my car got some much needed work.

How is that possible if the same amount of people, if not more now, on facebook have rsvp'd to attend than people that attended last year?

Maybe people you know are not going, that could be the case.

 

Yeah most of the east coast pa/NY/nj/RI people aren't going that went last year so the whole fun drive is prob gone but even if I was to go it would still be a blast, just dimished quality drive. I like to see IA as a nice trip that you can kick it with homes and bullshit around the hotel and check out some awesome food spots and the car show itself as just a bonus. Its just so hot there that ou don't even want to walk around lol.

The Fb count is somewhat bogus but yeah I think it will be a big event nonetheless. Lots of Cali people coming this year for the first time but this years event is just too pulled for the northeast I think. A lot of things changed unfortunately but it's a shame because I feel like next year won't be the same.

I'll try to make it out next year, it would be awesome to go.

yeah facebook isn't a sure thing. i also not quite a bit of people not going this year. some of which rocked the "vip" spots in years past.

heck, maybe i will be there next year getting riced out.

 

i would like to try to make it out there, but i wouldnt be driving there. thats for sure. i would have to end up rolling with a squad member that would be going. oh well my goals are to have the sedan painted, s2k cluster done, wheels, other small things i want done by eibach 2012. i miss that drive from fresno to there. im debating if i should get a cf trunk for the sedan as well, to follow suit of a hood.
