I've noticed things like that too on 2 diff. sets of M7's that we have. Identical in size, bolt pattern, offset. But have different stamping...

ive got a friend with a set of mf8s that are stamped 4x100 on the wheel, and the stickers on the inside say 4x100 but they are 4x114
