This is true. Furthermore, just to add some info, Finals and Anni's are 14" faces on a 15" stepped lip and 16" Misters are 15" faces on a 16" stepped lip. Pretty gangster stuff if you ask me

type F fits fluidyne and other aftermarket aluminum rads
type D, the one you bought, have and posted, is made to fit stock rads, so thats what it won't fit...and yes you are right because its too small

had to buy a type F when I upgraded to a fluidyne...

(also upgraded to a mugen thermo and now my ECT temps are lower than ever ...i love it
like seriously almost 50 degrees cooler and doesn't go over 175 on a regular day...highest is 190 on a blistering hot day)

still have my type D tho, along with my gen 1 oil cap that won't fit on my VC

not too much new on mine this year, shaved the rear trunk emblems and spoiler, i'm rolling on stockers because I have camber issues, but my (aftermarket) rims aren't mugen anyways... here it is without the lens covers on ... obviously hehe.

 

I still need to get me one of those bumpers... with covers

 

I just had to see what it looked like, it's the first time I put it on....

Try 12.9" looks smaller because the rotor in on the ground

Oh, and racism is natural. It's based on stereotypes that even a majority of people of the same race dislike. I like the ***** better of the 2. For some reason the new version has a flat top that grabs onto my palm when shifting to 3rd and I find it irritating. my .02.
