you just had to be there during that era, it was a special time. Seeing pre 92 Honda/Acuras brings back memories of the goo'ole days.

i'm more the old skewl mugen era... i think the prelude kit does look very similar to the ef8 kit. I think personally that it looks hot compared to some other mugen kits for other hondas.

 

Old school is the best school...

 

I would be cool if once every ten years Mugen would make limited runs of the old aero kits and wheels.

 

somebody contact mugen to do a rerun on the FG360 WITH THE PAD. they can make 50 wheels for $500 each and i GUARANTEE they will sell in mere hours...i'll take 4 PREPAID

notice the red lines i made... the spacing between the grill and the headlight is big.. which 96-98's have.


see the 96-98 front has a bigger spacing


99-00 civic's spacing is small (about 1-1/2" spacing)

it looks to me like he just cut the bumper in some areas (hood, headlight) just to make it fit right. because that grill opening looks waay too small for 99-00 civics

Nah man the bumper/grill is all one piece on the mugen kit, therefore they could make it any size they want, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be like that. I checked in an older EK mugen catalog I have and they do make the 99-00 bumper, I just still have never seen/known anyone with one (other than the one posted on here).

yea I know what you mean but the Mugen bumper has a very small grille to begin with, it's also about half the height of a normal grill. I'm pretty damn sure that bupmer is indeed for 99-00 and I am 100% sure mugen did make a 99-00 bumper kit. I can take catalog pics if you would like.
