Did you guys completely ignore my post where I posted pictures and part numbers directly from the Mugen catalog? This debate was squashed 10 pages ago.

I said I *think* guess you didn't notice that. Not to mention I have still heard from numerous people in the industry that it is illegal. But then again I never tried to say I know for sure, I don't buy from Mugen so I don't know. BTW sell me a cluster

It has nothing to do with legality (unless you're reselling items as a retailer or a distributer when the U.S. has declared a trade injunction against Japan). There is free trade between U.S. and Japan, so it's not illegal.
I'd assume that the way the sales/distribution contract is written that it's against M-Tec's distribution policy for a non-US distributor to vend/sell to a North American retailer. The N.A. retailer must set up an account with the N.A. distributer (which may or may not have to enforce a certain pricing policy that's either their own, or guidelined by M-Tec).
If it's found that another distributor (let's say a European distributor) is found to be selling to a N.A. retailer that isn't going through the N.A. distibutor, then, the N.A. distributer can file a protest about the market niche that the European distributor is "invading" in. It is then up to M-Tec to resolve the situation. If they do not enforce their distribution policies then it is up to the N.A. distributor to either go for profit losses and/or break the distribution contract with the manufacturer.
There's no criminal legalities to it.
With that said, if an importer is bringing in Mugen parts from Japan, then it is up to the N.A. distributor to go after the supplier in Japan. However, if the importer is bringing in used Mugen parts found at parts yards, private sales, etc. in Japan, then I'd assume that the distribution contract wouldn't cover any protections for the N.A. distributor.

92 was the first year the Honda CR-X del Sol was available in Japan, debuting SiR with a B16A2, Transtop, Climate Control, and Central locks.

Nope, no cookie. 92-97 technically.

Full authentic Mugen Pro.3 aero kit. Consists of the Front Bumper Cover, Side Steps, and Deck Spoiler. Steps and Spoiler come painted factory OEM colors, bumper comes primered for paint with fog and license plate bracketry.
There were no Pro.3 emblems or stickers that I have seen (other than the typical included Mugen emblems on the spoiler and bumper cover,) but the Mugen catalog title's it as the Mugen CR-X Pro.3. The MR5's were the recommended rim at the time. Also showed with the original Spec Steering Wheel, shift ****, and typical B16 engine goodies.
Here's a picture I found of the del Sol axle back, kind of a funny thread also... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1108899

Well actually it's 92 - 98 for us in Europe.
I got a noob question, the Mugen Racing II is 350mm in diameter, what is the OEM size for the del sol wheel?
Just want to know if 350mm is going to be smaller than OEM. thnx!
