I don't see why you cant order from there. i thought about ordering the rotors and having them re-drilled to 4x100... but they are a little pricey

I am pretty sure it was a 16" and the the lugs pictured are OEM Honda.

That S2K is near perfect IMO for a daily driver not a fan of the lip however
