I don't think it would work. If you see a 2dr and 4 dr side by side. They are completely diff., the 4dr fenders look to be longer in length. Even the windshields have completely different rakes to them.

Type R front End completely different from the regular Civic Bumpers are difference


Brand new front end for this year redesign like the USDM civic got the new front bumpers making them a bit more pleasing to the eye

it was sold to medical student, who in turn sold it back to someone on the northeast.... where it was stolen and stripped (surprisingly some high $$$ parts remained..) , but yea...

mugen dom how do you mod the dc5 mugen front strut bar onto the EP.

 

Theres only like one person with it i think his name it optimise? On EPhatch but u cant have AC and u have to relocate the brake resivour forward. Not worth it for a mod that doesnt do anything. Being we have a stock strut bar below the towers.

I dunno. I don't think anybody has had a problem getting Mugen Si parts.

thats a lot of modification and sacfice you have to make for a strut bar...i'm sure its not hard to do but still....and especially like you mentioned, for what gains really?

thought getting the strut bar on my car the "right way" was a PITA even though its made for it to fit but has clearance issues with the motor.
It would of caused problems of possibly damaging my VC and CF spark cover, and being an inconvenience to take off everytime just to check take off to check the plugs

but what that guy had to is worse imo

Luckily I found an easy solution and just mounted it "upside-down" if there really is a direction and if it even matters since its function is minimal...got to have it in the bay and actually use it w/o it being in my way

 

With the Mugen Intake only the JDM bars fit. But the resivour differnce make that nearly impossible Ive been trying to get a Carbing front bar for a while but the US carbing doest do it being they have a resivour braket...or something gay i was like i JUST WANT THE BAR. But morale of the story theres only one JDM carbing bar in the country for the EP3 and Hopefully i found a way to get them now that i got a part # for it

Opak was suposed to make a relocation braket and such for the EP3 to run the Spoon or their Ti bar but nothing came of it...Being our resivour is already remote mounted slightly moving it isnt a BIG deal...just need longer tubes and a braket and its the clutch and brake resivour

i work at honda and they still wont sell the parts.... we do have the wheels for sale however.. pretty cheap to. trying to get them at cost to save money on the emblems,etc

 

think i can order them on there though i need new rotors for my car and theyre the same i have a typeS brake setup
