When I'm jumping 4 stairs there's no room for chain slack On a serious note though, I really hate it when there is slack in the chain it bothers the **** outta me, I know having it looser makes it ride smoother but I hate how it feels.

i would imagine sometime next year honestly

 

i was wondering if there is anything i can do about my toe hitting my front wheel
if i do a sharp turn or turn my wheel to for my toe kicks it
does this happen only in specific bikes and or is there anything i can do to prevent it
do i have to buy a 650 wheel?

 

overlap will happen honestly.
lots of things can contribute to overlap being:
1. toe clip size
2. crank arm length
3. fork rake

majority of the time if you have a small frame and long cranks = overlap
majority of the time if you have a small frame and XL clips = overlap

luckily i don't have any on the naga

 

overlap isn't the scary thing....pedal hit (?) (where the pedal hits the ground on a sharp turn where you lean) is the scary thing.

 

i'm short so all my frames have overlap. my road bike has more than my bareknuckle, i always find that funny. all you have to do is point your toes up when you're turning tight, just be conscious of what you're doing. it only happens at low speeds anyway so who cares?

i saw 80% of the fast friday video a couple weeks ago in seattle. it's sick.

Yup only times I've ever actually overlapped hard I was barely moving.
