ive been trying to search so see what i need to convert my nishiki into a fixed but im not exactly sure what i need can you guys helpme out ,btw i posted my bike up top tell me what you guys think.

1. Frame w/horizontal dropouts (ideal)
2. Fork (if not already attached to the frame)
2a. Headset (if not already attached to the frame)
3. Bottom bracket (if not already attached to the frame)
4. Handle bars
5. Stem (comes in either threadless or threaded)
6. Seat Post
7. Seat
8. Crankset
9. Chainring
10. Chain
11. Rear fixed hub (whatever your heart desires) + Spokes + Rims + Tires
12. Rear cog + Lockring
13. Pedals + Cages + Straps
14. Brakes
15. Tools
16. Time
