Dont worry about that, theres a wire you snip or a connector you disconnect and it will take care of that, I dont remember which one it is though been awhile since i've done it.
:edit: Or maybe you just take out the light on the cluster.
Anymore new pictures of yours Whiteslips? Hatches are looking good but im not crazy about gabs.

whiteslipswithstickers: nice cars but kinda sad to see the retrofitted car is still using stock lens, it's gotta to be killing the retrofit output
this is true. I had a retrofitted jdm headlights in my coupe for a minute and they worked great. Since they wouldn't fit on my hatch(silly h22 alternator) I sold them. I wish I would have kept them since i've gone h2b lol. Now I just rock a clear lensed ebay special headlight with rx350 retro on the daily because I don't have the heart to put clear lenses on my hatch. If anyone is looking to retro. I can get some used rx350 projectors/ballasts/bulbs at a decent price.
You know what is real sad, you'll never do the retrofit, so all you can do is make a lame *** comment w/ no factual basis...dj-bilbo has to be killing the hobbit club underground. = (
You can always tell J Speeds from Gabs because the spokes are more angular. Gabs spokes are a smooth arch to the lip and J speeds kinda go up sharp from the hub then down to the lip............if that makes any sense lol
Just sitting I have not driven it since Nov. im out in South Carolina right now. Im coming home soon for 2 weeks though and will drive it then but its pretty much just in limbo untill I figure out if im moving out to the east coast for a job.
If I get this job im going to rebuild the car......prob fresh paint, all new seals weather striping and a K swap. Still keeping it simple though noting crazy just classy lol
Your car is coming along nicely! I cant wait to see the new wheels on it, you ordered the 949 right?

Hmm... I am trying to give you some credit on your comment, but, I just can't find any part I can agree on. I will give you the benefit of the doubt though, as you had no knowledge of who I am, what I've done or not done, which is ok. However your judgmental comment is... well, it's just "sad" indeed
Begs to question as to why you reacted that way? WhiteSlipsWithStickers: I am glad to hear that the output isn't all messed up. In my experience, its not as good of an output as with clear lens.
boostedej1: rx350 has really nice output. I was tempted to use them but cldn't pass out on the FX's for price/size and hi/low function. Maybe when the s2k-R comes out, I may try a 3rd retro!

Nevertheless, (teh)H2OUUP2, ask anyone who has a retro (mayb you do or don't...) and having a clear lens as opposed to fluted lens makes a BIG difference in output (Oh, and btw, I'm talking with factual basis i think).
I agree that compared to stock headlights, fluted lens + retro is far superior.
I actually have made 2 retro's (traded the first for an ls longblock) and the 2nd is on the car. Do some searching on the site and u will find...

Yeah somewhat albeit slow. I haven't ordered them yet though but def. will be what I get.
Very clean. What wheels are those?
) but the pay increase and cost of living decrease will make it worth it lol Extra money is never a bad thing
You should call and see what the wait time on the wheels are, hopefully since they are made here is wont be bad. You just dont wwant to be in the same boat as me with those work wheels if you want them by spring/summer. We waited 7 months for the wheels to come in
