I can agree with you. I later changed back, but the original had too much bondo for me and i didnt want to ride without a bumper so i bought the certifit for the time being; for both of my hatches actually

 

i rocked a certifit bumper for a while and it looked like ****. the fitment on it was horrible and you had to manhandle it to even get it bolted up. i finally ponied up the money for an oem honda.

 

Just make friends with someone at honda, I think I got my OEM bumper for like $120 off my friend that works there. Seemed pretty cheap to me but then it was like $250 to get it painted LOL I dont have a hook up on paint

 

i got my brand new bumper from my hookup at honda for like 78 bucks

now i just need to bolt it on haha..

first day out of the garage since paint.. had to take it to honda for an alignment.. stil a lot of loose ends to tie up but it felt good to drive it. only my 4th day driving it since ive owned it haha.

got the mirrors and front bumper put on today.. still waiting on my jdm thin moldin.gs in the mail.. felt soo great to drive it after a couple months without a car

 

is anyone running 16x7 +42 and had to slightly roll fender or camber for the rears to fit? or will i be fine? im going to be running 205/45/16 if that helps...thanks

pretty happy with the result as its wats commonly achieved with my setup...so now i know ive got a healthy engine...

could have added about USD10 more to have them check a/f ratio as well....but i totally forgot

 

i had to on my weds with 45 series tire but thats because im not running any camber in the rear

 

I've got 16x7 +35 with 205-40 and about -1 degree in the rear, about -2 in the front and have no rubbing issues at all, even have room to spare all around without rolling the fenders/quarters. All I did was bend up the tabs on the front, not really rolled.

 

Red engine bay or just exterior paint?

 

sprayed the whole car,including under the fenders, bumpers, etc. just not the bay yet..

dont have the funds to do everything i want in the bay just yet, so instead of painting it now and re mounting the brake lines and such, decided to wait til march and do the bay when i have a week of vacation.

im not a fan of mis matched colors. its driving me insane already lol.

 

That is the exact same wheel size and tire size I have on my car and you should be fine. If for some reason you rub just lower it a little more, they will camber in

Thanks Alot Dude, I appreciate it. Like ure cars aswell. No Feeling like driving ure car after a nice paint job haha. I love it. Was reeeealllly crazy for me lol because I had already had my car for sooo long with a shitty paint job then one day it was just a super nice paintjob... it took a while for it to sink in lol.

 

Kinda cool to see someone take the time and effort to make your hatch as nice as it is How much did your roof moldings and windshield moldings run you if you don't mind me asking.

 

that speckled engine bay is taking me back to the early 90's.
