i see.. i have a brand new OEM honda bumper as well.. and his grilles just seem to "shine" a lot more than mine.

speaking of fresh paint.. sprayed my new toy this past week.. assembly is going slow but steady.

bought it like this..





drove it for 2 or 3 days.. and decided i wasnt happy with it.. and started the body work.



painted it.. color is omni blue pearl from new honda elements.



started re assembly.. all brand new moldings, seals, etc.... even door plastic





LED reverse bulbs and license lights... and of course mugen plate bolts





and this morning i put on the new muffler, mudflaps, taillights, wing and mounted the wheels.. spent some time on the panel alignment also... and got the 1/4 panel sanded out and ready to buff..



sorry for the winded post... lazy/boring day at work haha.

 

you need to really ditch that certifit bumper. best purchase i ever made was going back to oem honda front bumper. yes, they are expensive but its worth it.

 

He doesnt own that car anymore, said up top.

you should just tape them off. they are contoured from the factory.

 

i did.. my paint is fine.. his just look exceptionally shiney.. was wondering if he repainted.

it is a crazy color... and very hard to capture on my camera.. has a slight blue hue to it and a lot of white and blue pearl in it.

 

Ah, thats what I thought maybe, but ever picture I have ever seen has been fairly white. I assumed it was one of those types of paints. Maybe Ill have to check it out at a stealership somewhere.

LMAO!!!! Us floridians complaining how hot it is while the north is covered it snow. My A/C broke in the daily. I was ****in dying!!!

Blizzard like conditions in Oklahoma the past few days. Check this shot out from a guy on the local forums. There is a 96-00 Civic 4 Door under there.... I had snow over the top of the tires on my full size truck and a good 3 foot of snow in front of my garage door. FUN!
