its a world industries skateboard wheel on a abec 9 bearing LOL. it use to spin forever but the bearing is rusted right now haha

Well, is the hood latched down, or does it just fit terribly? I love the color with that red, it goes great with the wheels, but if it fits like ****, I say pitch it.
