They're not different from the RS/LS/GS model brakes if that's what you're asking
i used to be parts advisor at Acura. I was bored oneday and looked up the part numbers for each model and year calipers for the DC chassis...all the exact same part numbers!
so don't get ripped off if some guy is trying to sell you RS brakes at 'GSR prices'.

I picked up my new brakes last night and got them all cleaned up and ready to put on tomorrow.

Within the next few weeks I'm doing the rear disks, audio console, jdm clock, coin pocket and hopefully before the end of March I'll have a Cusco master cylinder brace and steel braided brake lines.

just thought i'd share with everyone that the caliper part number for the '94-'01 is the same for all the trim lines from the RS to the GSR (ITR excluded of course).
here's the part numbers for those curious:
45018-ST7-000 (Fr. R)
45019-ST7-000 (Fr. L)
(RS, LS, GS, GSR)
these are the USDM ITR caliper part numbers ('97-'01)
45018-SM5-000 (Fr. R)
45019-SM5-000 (Fr. L)
so today for ***** and giggles i put my car on the dyno. 97 type-r swap with simple bolt ons made 187whp and 127lbs. i was happy with the numbers. anyone else have there dyno numbers for typer motors?
lol, numbers are just numbers
i dyno'd my '98 Spec ITR with just bolt ons and hit a 189.4whp and 126wtq before on a dyno dynamics.
recently went to a dynojet (that was SAE corrected) and only hit 170whp and 136wtq after adding in some Toda B's (i know there's more power to be had in the cam timing, but i have to measure out v2v first).

I know mine was also corrected. But I don't have a Type R motor. I have a 1995 GS-R motor. But I still managed 188hp on Spoon cams.
