Well, I have been a busy man, the Civic is still in pieces, but the motor is ready to go back in, just finished up the wire tuck and about to start on the tuck and shave of the brake lines and engine bay. The car won't be done till end of next summer. Heres what I have been working with

B16A, CR is about 12.1-12.3, hard to tell exactly, internally, block has CTR's 25 over, balanced and blue printed bottom end, bottom is pretty much stock, top is Toda B's, springs, retainers, gears, belt, Supertech High Comp valves, Mugen Headgasket, and a good port, portmatch, and 5 angle valve job. Externally I have added a Mugen pan, and all internal and external hardware is brand new, I ended up spending more from Honda than the machine shop, LOL

So is there actually a method to the voting? How do I ever know if I am in or anyone else for that matter? Just curious!
