good one
ok to everyone PMing me about your sticker. I haven't had time yet to go to the sticker shop on my lunch break. Let alone hada lunch break @ all this whole week. But will get to it if not Friday then for sure sometime next week because my daughter will be going out of town to visit her grandparents and that will relieve a whole lot of time.
So just stay patient
I'm also in the process of updating the first page with pictures members car and new members.
As u can tell some of the pictures of members cars are no longer up because either the url does not work or they deleted the picture from their photobucket account.
So rather then bothing those members with PMs and waiting on their reply I'm simply looking through their old threads and using pictures from there and uploading them using tinypic.com
bit of a hassle but oh well no one else can do it
so bare wit me all

I am 100% possitive that if the tree came from the neighbors property than they are liable for the damages to your personal property. If they have home owners insurance then that should cover it. If not then you are fully within your rights to file a lawsuit against your neighbors.
Think of it this way. If your neighbors had a gun that accidently went off and blew out a window, do you think that they would be liable? Believe me I am feeling your loss but don't bend over and take it up the *** for something you can make right. If your neighbors want to buy you a new shell than thats great, but if they refuse to take any action to make things right then you must follow through to protect your investment

I agree 100%
Its pretty crappy to sue your neighbors, but you shouldn't have to right?
They should have been knocking on YOUR door saying ' hey our tree fell on your car and we're going to do everything we can to make this right, even if it means buying you a new car' that's the responsible thing to do. But we don't live in a responsible world anymore, and your hands are tied behind your back.
I say file a lawsuit

Well if I were his neighbors I wouldn’t do anything most likely b/c I wouldn’t know what to do in that situation…a lawsuit is jumping too far ahead…find out if they have homeowners insurance and file a claim…if they don’t then I’d have a sit down to discuss their options for compensating you…you could take them to court, but that’s not to say they have any $$$, so in the long run you’d be spending your own money to try and get money and you may end up spending more than what you’d get
So…see if they have insurance, if they don’t…look for a nice shell and have them buy it for you, if they refuse, take them to court

there just a couple of old people who make their living on fleamarketing on the weekends and raising a farm. so it would kill me to sue them. they were good neighbors, until they decided to shaft me like they did

It sucks I know but when that tree fell from their property it might as well have fallen on their car...either way it's going to cost them.

i second that!
i went over there the next morning and those neighbors were just like wow that sucks
i got sued by a woman a few years back in some bogous car accident and it really wasnt my fault. happened on pirvate property and i was even tryin to compromise with her, but no that b took me to court and she won. anyway, eric, im a nice guy and she took me to court so u have to look out for yourself. its not ur fault they dont have insurance. junk house or not if u got hit by a junky car with no insurance it would be a diff story right? try to get money from them or take them to court and rebuild ur panda the right way

Did they give you the cold shoulder when you talked to your neighbors about it? To sue them is one thing, but I think having them buy you a super clean shell would more than suffice (especially if they really don't have/make much money). If they refuse to do that...sue the hell out of them.

i say keep the H and the wheels...gotta have some individuality somewhere...if not it'll look like every other CRX with a WW kit
on second thought...loose the wheels...IMO those are some of the ugliest wheels out there...real or knockoff

Haha, I'd say the real Mugen M7 are hot as hell, but the knockoff's just don't have the definition of flair as the originals. It's like Spoon sw388's and Regamaster Evo's versus slipstreams. The slipstreams may look fairly convincing, but they just don't have the definition of the real deals. It's really the subtle differences though. The M7's have the engraved slots for the Mugen logo's and more definition around the spokes/lip/bolts. I'm not a hater for fake rims, but the real deals just always look better -- even used.
