I guess he could always roll the fenders - I've seen worse.

That was the original plan, funny thing is my father suddenly got involved and wants to get the SOHC fixed, I really don't know what got over him.

I just keep reading horror stories on the web about swaps... but it hasn't discouraged me from a B series Type R engine.

</TD></TR></TABLE> Yup my SSR's are +35 and if they were on my sol may need rolling if it was any sort of low.

Those horror stories are from people who either didn't have all the parts they needed, didn't plan it out beforehand, or just weren't meant to swap their **** to begin with. A del Sol came with a b-series in it, so it should be a fairly straight-forward operation

oh and juan, the only people that are down on corvettes are people that have never raced one or seen one raced... and i mean real racing, not this little drag racing game

edit: and even if you want to drag race one, c6 z06's break into the high 10's BONE STOCK with slicks without breaking a sweat

My father can build you a house from ground up all by himself but he pretty much clueless when it comes to cars.

Thats never going to happen. I need an engine that I can drive to Germany and back and not have a problem.

Bro, Honda's may be simple but they're not exactelly Lego either. I swapped out one D for another and look at all the problems I'm having. I'm mostly concerned with the harness and ECU, but not enough to scare me or anything.

A caterham with a Rover K-series will eat it for breakfast and **** it out in time for brunch to make room for a capuccino and croissant.

you clearly don't think like a seattlite...

have fun in the eminent rain storm

for a turn key, buy in a (US) showroom, sub $100k, road legal, daily driveable car, there is nothing that can beat a corvette.

oh yeah, and sign me up for the 100k mile warranty on my 10 second car too

I couldn't handle having two cars, I have a hard enough time modding one as it is. I can't handle cars not being the way I want them

Seriously contemplating just saying fucck it and start buying turbo parts, but now I need to pay for a traffic lawyer and a lazer jammer

oh, and for the haters

mmmm.... SPO race c6 z06 ...drool.

oh and if you think this **** is badd... wait a few more months for the new C6 Z06 Blue Devil / SS / Stingray or whatever they end up calling it.... All carbon body work brings weight to 2900, and supercharger brings hp up to 650, all barely breaching the $100k mark. warranty included.
