del Sol thread v 2.0!
So I need to replace my exhaust. Right now there is a crappy ebay can muffler welded on to the midpipe. I have a stock muffler that I would like to use, but would rather not have to weld it on.
I am going to need a midpipe to replace the cut and welded one on the car. Since Sols are really rare around here (at least in the junk yards) is there any way to use a midpipe from another honda like maybe a EG hatch?
The only Sol I found in a junk yard had the midpipe cut cus they removed the cat the easy way.

I would be pissed if someone wrote all over my door. ;p
Unfortunately, you do not understand waveform or wave propagation.
I will just say that the wave of a 40 hertz wave is over 14 feet. If you are as close to the speaker as you are in that instance, there is no room for the wave to propagate correctly before it reaches the listener.
The trunk is a great place to put a sub in a del sol because its so far away also the bass waves are sub auditory, meaning you feel them. thus having them in the trunk doesn't effect them much.
love the T-K though.

Pro's:
-Nice kenwood deck usb/ipod ready, with new speakers
-CLEAN BODY LINES car hasnt ever been crashed NO RUST
-New headlights and corner lights
-New TOYO tires on the stock wheels
Has the following new parts
-Brakes all around.
-Fuel Filter.
-Spark plugs and wires.
-O2 sensor.
Con's:
-Needs a p07 ecu. Right now has a p28 in it. IT WILL PASS EMISSIONS with the p28, but will not run to full potential until a p07 ecu is put in.
-Primer on DS fender, and a little bit on the hood.
-There are a few dings in the body and paint is faded on trunk and top.

The car starts right up, drives, and drives very straight! No weird noises or shitty turning its a very reliable car.
I would not be selling this car but a buddy of mine is selling his clean as hell 00 civic for insanely low priced and I do not wanna pull a car loan out. So this has to go

and your wheels are not dezined for motorsport or racing. I'm sure I've been at the track more than you but good luck.
Explain to me how I want to be cool? By not following trends? By not caring what anyone thinks of my car? If not caring if you're cool is cool ... then I guess I'm the mother****ing Fonz'.
This question is directed at those who owned Del Sols that have been auto-to-manual swapped. I own a 93 Del Sol automatic and will be converting it to stick in about a week and half during spring break for my swap. My only question has to do with the 5 speed pedals from a Del Sol and Civic (I own a manual EG hatch too) I noticed when looking at the online dealership the Del Sol's 5 speed pedal assembly has a different part number than a Civic's. I doubt there a a huge difference in them, but if i need to buy the assembly from a Sol I would like to know now rather than get a Civic one and find out it is way too different. Anyone?
So a technical driving course is boring .... but driving in a straight line is super challenging and eventful?
