Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
usually in the rear somewhere on the bumper, hatch, panel somewhere
popular and clean place is the keyhole
my buddy did it on his eg cf hatch and came out pretty nice
not sure where i'd put mine
but no, not driver accessible but rather for others
basically if you flip your car or something they want to be able to kill the power/engine

Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
i saw a del sol on here a while ago in the "garage" that had it in the tail light. maybe ill get an extra tail light and do that, with one off those switches with the levers. im not cutting/drilling a hole in any body panels to mount it, and i need my key hole to open the trunk :p

So I went and checked out my car yesterday...its getting there. By now it should be in primer. Shell should be done painted and cleared by mid next week. I will get it back to put the engine back in while they do the fenders, trunk, bumpers, rear garnish ect.
Anyway heres a few pics....I'm getting excited :-)

looks like theyre doing a really nice job!
anybody interested in del sol modifiers toy cars? They're bigger than matchbox cars and you can change the parts on them. I have a few and will be putting them on ebay if nobody here wants them....

i'm guessing 99-00 and no they don't make REAL mugen lips for a del sol at all...just the bumper
jdmshit does have a mugen eg6 replica lip that fits perfectly on a del sol...which is actually my favorite lip i think
type r what? ctr itr?

Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
so both of u are tellin me NOONE has ever pulled next to you and tried to race and u didnt? and dont say u havent cuz i know its bs. everyone has raced on the streets atleast once. so your the ignorant ones for being hypocritical. all i was tryin to do is tell u guys to be safe. it wasnt directed at anyone. but if u guys wanna take it personal then u can be immature and make a debate bout it.
And you are still the ignorant one, for making assumptions.

As in raced yourself, driven quickly up a mountain road or run the car to redline through a couple of gears.
I would watch who you call ignorant.
Because if you say that you have never exceeded the speed limit in the interest of having a little fun then you would be lying.

a) that first picture is years old now.
b) wtf made you decide to be street race monitor?
i think we all know the consequences of driving fast on the roadways. you posting these pictures is not going to save our lives like were ****ing kids in middle school about to try drugs.

Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
lol dude honestly i used to and kinda still do street race. and it all depends on who ur with when ur doin it. where ur doin it. and what time. eveything. ill admit ill street race.... on a dead back road anywhere from midnight to 3am. because its just me and some buddies messin round. but i will not do it at 1 in the afternoon on a randomass street or freeway like a lot of douches i see. thats ignorant and stupid.
