wow slow night tonight.

kahn where've you been? new wheels look so much better than the mesh wheels you used to have.

mafdark brakes look MONSTEROUS so the wilwoods wouldn't fit at all(even with a cheap 5-10mm spacer)?

so yet ANOTHER problem with the EF....dead battery(hopefully) (no power @ all, alarm LED doesn't even flash, put the key in and turn it on and it doesn't even try and crank or acknowledge that the key's in the ignition)

will get pics of it soon...all the rain made it look pretty decent and spoon style mirrors and live sports wing will be on it tommorrow(assuming just the battery is the issue)

yeah it's just a lot of really annoying and costly little ****.....snapped timing belt 220(due to an overfilled garage), now (hopefully just) the battery 80 hoping by the end of this month I can have the garage back so I can do my oil and tune up

as for redrilling wheels I really reccomend against it but if you insist, heymikeyyy(or something close to that) with phaze2 could probably do it for you....they're the shop that fully polished the volks.

some people say it does and I agree with them...others say it doesn't hurt anything....up to you I guess

garage was almost finished then my dad decided to leave his fiancee and move in with me....NP except for the fact thaqt the garage is now just a giant cluster [freak] with barely a decent path way

oh and even though I'm a little late to explain the bigger rotor only thing in terms of actual physics....

The farther away from an axis(in this case the center of the hub) that a force is then the bigger the torque that force applies to a moving object even though the force applied hasn't changed. as stated earlier....it's leverage that makes it an effective upgrade

ex:

big handled screw driver needs less force to apply same torque to a screw as a screw driver with a smaller handle

visualize:
-the force your hand is applying as the caplipers
-the diameter of the handle to be the rotor size

yep yep so glad he DTB'd her LOL seriously **** was getting pretty ridiculous

so gonna go in the morning and get the cheapest battery that will fit in the stock location(will be doing a battery relocation soon enough and at that point switching to at least an optima redtop ).

I was able to jump start it so it is just a totally dead battery.

so tommorrow gameplan is:
install spoon style mirrors(Removed OEM ones then ran out of light LOL)
jump car & drive to kragen
buy cheap battery
buy rear hatch shocks & 2 ball bolt things
install them
go to school for a group project
install live sports wing
PICS

EDIT:
<U>
BARRY YOU GOT PM HOMIE

on your del sol?

why does it look like all EK parts then? Brace looks like the EK specific one and not the EG and those look like stock EK LCAs, again not EG?

93-97 del sols should all have the same chassis right? obd1 to obdII being one of the major differences as far as buying stuff for it goes...
