Why don't you quote me, and it'll show up again.

Ok guys I seriously need your help.

I tried to clean the grease thats on my wheels from the CV joints that ripped on me.

1st I tried the car soap. Didn't work. Next I tried regular green dish washing soap as advised by a few of you... That didn't work either.

This grime has ruined 3 sponges and 1 bucket. Nothings working. It sticks to the sponge and just re applies it.

This is what I use for all my tough greese problems in the engine bay and everything. It's safe on paint. You can get it at your local grocery store too for a couple bucks but it works wonders. Greased Lightning

You know what the worst part is? 3 wheels are like that. I had both axle boots go, and the front wheels were swapped to the rear.

Maybe pretty much anywhere in the U.S., but I live in Greece. I have no idea what the equivelent would be called here. I don't think I've seen a similar product.

So I'm guessing any heavy duty all purpose degreaser will do right? It doesn't have to be specific I'm guessing...

Brake cleaner will clean ANYTHING. But it's quite toxic from what I'm told.

Seems to be a popular trend these days, that is you should drive into anyone who owns a half decent sol.

Another bites the dust, pics later.

Bitch in a SUV cut me off in the middle of a "round-a-bout" I drove into a curb, mashed my rim and [freak]ed my whole driver's side shock assembly up

Oh and the best part?

She kept driving.

I forgot you weren't in the states, but yea, Simple Green is just the brand name for degreaser. Any brand should do.

When I cleaned mine out I would spray it, let is soak for a minute, then hit it with the hose... repeat a couple of times, then finally I would hit it up with a scrubby brush normally used for washing dishes.

Thanks for the tips

Licence plate... Police... Insurance Agent... Lawyer. Sort it out and then SUE! Rebuilt Sol and NSX in the garage.

P.s. - I just saw Andromeda Strain... Amazing mini-series!

took the del sol out today on the highway and had some fun taking on/exit ramps w/o brakes and accelerating through

no tire squealing so wasn't pushing that hard but taking it close to the limit as possible

suspension feels good but definitely needs the sway for sure...can't wait to feel the difference which is why I'm glad I went out today so when I get it I can compare before and after
maybe a rear strut (4pt ) to stiffen it up even more

but overall very fun and addicting

different feeling/excitement/rush/thrill getting thrown sideways through turn than just back in your seat going straight...
