I was actually working at the place where I got it painted. It never ever sat outside over night, just pushed it outside during the day for more room in the shop. The body work and white pearl is worth 8000$ CND

the hard part is putting it back on right. Remember to slide the door panel down, to lip it in to hook onto the top of the door frame, then hit the popcorn clips. Youl also need a long magnetic screwdriver (or some chewing gum lol-worked for me). And try not to break/lose the screw cover for the screw in behind the inside door lever (trust me its easy to do.

Yep, sounds like my first sol: painted it black w/ integrated/progressive clear coated sikkens, then color sanded the hell out of it: the paint beaded water like it was waxed. Got it all done for $600.... i worked at my neighbor's shop where he restores classic cars, so he let me do it there and he sprayed it for me. he said he woulda charged $3000+ for the work. Nothin fancy or balla like your pearl though.

hook-ups ftw!

Yeah its nice having hook ups, I've never paid regular price on anything for my car. Always gotten a deal. And I wanna get my spoiler mounted, its new a fancy, and not like the rest

i think theres 4 screws. the bitch screw is located behind the plug, which is behind the door handle (the oshit handle one) and its way back in the door frame making it easy to lose the screw down in the panel. The bottom of the door is just held in with popcorn clips.

Finally finshed my UC essays...what a bitch that was!(and I got As in honors english/writing & composition too)

anyways, Im leaning towards getting the sol painted a silver/charcoal grey color when it'll get done at ES later in Dec. And will be picking up some suspension goodies possibly this weekend(either a blox 21mm rear swaybar or a 23mm type R, & LCAs with a hole for the swaybar) and new brakes are coming very soon.

Broke, like in two pieces. I'll try and get pics up later today.

It's kinda funny though, I spent a good half hour drifting in an empty parking lot and after I was done me and my buddy left on this two lane road. I'm following him around this left hand turn, going the exact same speed and all of the sudden I lose traction and slide right in to a curb, hitting it with both passenger side wheels. The funny thing is that I have better tires than him too

I had to take out the brake pads and and drive home with no brakes just to get the car home :S

damage the car or the rims much? maybe you didnt have tread from all the tire smoke drifting. lol i kid i kid. i know you were on ice and sliding. makes me think this past winter i knew a guy that slid into a curb and bent his lower control arm. back of the tire was almost rubbing the inside splash guard on his integra.

You probably just took a little bit different line around the turn, and found an icier spot than your friend.... once your loose, theres no saving it. At least it wasnt something stupid, i knew someone that left thier wheel studs loose, and the wheel fell off on the highway; hes just luck all it did was trash the rim and brake rotor.

thanks. i dont know all the names and try to keep up Are the Wantanabe rims hard to find or light weight? I've seen them elsewhere too. I'm not going after them but just curious. I might rock some Mr5's if they were 16 or some RNRs
