If I dropped the built z6 in my car w/o a turbo and drove it for a month would it be safe?

Or would I need to get it tuned being how it would have different compression and what not.

I have the coilovers on my integra. i got them for $50, used of course!
But not the sleeved coilovers, just the regular ones.

werd, right before i left my house this morning, i was sitting at 2040 miles on the built motor.

Low compression + no exhaust + daily driving = the suxors!!!
