good pics justin....too bad only 1/3 of the cars were worth a 2nd look and almost all the sols were hideous ....especially the black one on gold rotas that engraved a "G" on them

lol...no, i could have taken more. but i forgot my batt charger, so i only took pics of ones i liked and del sols...no matter how crappy they were

So I'm thinking about selling my Sol. I've finally got all the problems worked out on it, and it's driving awesome. However, I'm most likely moving to an apartment in downtown Seattle, possibly within a week or so. And I'd be terrified to leave the car parked on the streets of downtown Seattle all of the time...I think it'd get broken into frequently as thieves attempt to steal it.

If I sold it, I'd get a stock '92-'95 EX sedan and keep it pretty much that way, at least until I save up enough money to move and buy my own house in a couple years.

What do you guys think? It'd just be parked most of the time in downtown Seattle, since I'd walk to work and such. And I really, really worry about it getting destroyed/stolen (more worry about it getting destroyed...my alarm system is quite extensive) just being parked on the street.

Why don't you just make it as stock as possible on the outside and inside and keep it?

If I do sell the car, I'd probably part out the headlights and would keep you in mind.

Think it'd be fine if it looked like a stock Del Sol on the outside? You know the area better than myself.

Also, I don't see how I could possibly run a stock hood on the car. The bottom of the scoop actually rests on the PCV valve line right now when the hood is closed.

I'm considering it...but I don't know where I'd keep the Sol. If I kept it at home it'd sit for probably a couple years...in which case I might as well sell it as it's likely to get stolen in Yakima as well.

Well I mean no one would really want to steal it IMO if it just has everything stock. It's not like an ITR or anything where when stock people still want the parts Theres not a big demand for stock del sol parts anyway around here. The only ones I've seen stolen are ones with body kits and stuff.
