Hey I guess everyone's car is supposed to be hooked up from the day we pick them up. Im sorry guys, my car isn't "mad jdm tyte yo", but it is mine and I will make it how I want it. Some people need to chill out and stop hating. My car might not look as good as the next persons, but I am getting it to where I want it to be, slowly but surely. It sucks when you have a car payment and a $2,500.00 mortgage, I have trouble finding money to dump into my car like I used to when I lived at home with my mommy! Keep up the good work fellas and don't let anyone stop you from doing what you love to do. I love seeing the cars progress and I wish there was a mag that was out there full of everyday cars like ours that we can look at.

 

I bought it for $400. It ran but I ended up swapping in another shortblock(b18b). It has nothing special. Crappy ebay header and exhaust, no heat, a/c, or cc. its a work in progress. I get 31-32 mpg so I'm happy !

Actually if you were into cars before fast and furious hit the screens, you would know the X's on lights date back to the early years of road racing.

The tape is there in case the headlight lens is broken, the tape holds the pieces from hitting the track and causing race hazards.

Im into the JDM hoodlum style/bosozoku.

Why dont you come up here and we can hit up Gingerman, and i'll show you what my car does in a quarter, and road track. then you can get back to your hair gel and trash talking clean, legit cars.

because the gsr project seems to be a money pit and to be honest im tired of blowing all my money on this car i rather just get the b20 throw it in and drive the car plus its not like the car is ever gonna see the track or anything and to me the b20 is a perfect daily driven motor not a lot of hp but a decent amount of tq and mate that with my ys1 gsr tranny it will all the power i need and i can focus on making my car look good

 

So ture but its not just here its all over i think right now its worse cause alot of people are having a tuff time in this economy

 

I hear that because i know i have been stressed like crazy over my shitty job hours and not having a job for almost 6 months a while back.
