Looks great! Main reason I've kept mine for 20 + years..

Got the motor in and most stuff bolted up, was waiting on parts to be coated and looks like those are done!

 

Kinda miss the honda scene. Love the color on your teg

 

Manifold and hot side for turbo are coated up!
Got my block fitting in this weekend for the water line for the turbo too.

 

Manifold and turbo all bolted up, although new turbo has different fitting sizes than the old turbo, so had to order some new lines/fittings.

 

Dont forget a turbo blanket

 

I've always had mixed feelings on a turbo blanket. This setup should be good for now. Need to see how well this new turbo works out.

 

Car is running, had to make some water lines and all since this turbo is water cooled.

My buddy made me a front TQ mount too. Waiting to line up dyno time with the tuner

Still no tune yet, but driving her around when I can.

Rescued, tuned up, manual swapped and painted up some snowflakes.

 

That thing is so beautiful!! Jealous of how clean it is!

 

Well after my last debacle, taking a break from the car, and then getting it back together, dyno session went super smoothly and I'm not driving this thing around and enjoying it finally.
Basically TLDR, I had this sleeved block for a long time, got it together and had issues, ended up being these morons didn't press the sleeves in all the way, and Cyl 1 & 2 were blowing compression into the cooling system under boost, got a competent machine shop to fix it all up and here we are.

 

Owned since 2002, still going strong with my DA.
