Re: DA Integra's Only
Had my buddy help make me a down pipe tonight. I had a full 3inch downpipe but my turbo has a 2.5 inch outlet so we cut and shaped some piping. We taped it up and marked it for my buddy to weld it. Hopefully it comes out right, or take 2.
I also sold my old 2.5inch exhaust to a local guy for $80
I was just gonna trash it so its a win win!
I have a nice Valve cover.
It only has about 3 holes in it from where my cam went threw the cover.
But Harley Davidson Valve covers are known to be strong, so it should be ok.
But I don't have it yet, I just saw it at the junkyard,
So let me know if you want that for a trade!

Re: DA Integra's Only
To think it could have happened to me. I know it's not a laughing matter but MAN did i laugh my *** off after.
Luckily i had something to use as stands and that i didnt forget to chock the tires. seriously dodged a bullet this time around.
Going to kragens tomorrow to get me a set of real jacklift/stands and all.
Also, i'm looking into installing camber kits. Is it really as easy as how it looks to install?
The adjusting looks more time consuming than the actual installation.

It will most likely be able to take it for a little while then
My thing is why try to go the cheap route, cheap and "fast" do not mix, this has been proven time and time again. Take some time, save some money and plan your build well!

Like completely stock? I'd say try it if you feel like building another motor....

I'd say just get S300 from the get go, would be a lot easier and only like $200 more.
Car is coming along good. Fabbed up the down pipe last night. Gotta get it welded. Then will just need to run the IC piping and well the BOV flange and mount the IC.
Then work out any bugs, got the injector clips I needed so I should be rolling soon.

Re: DA Integra's Only
i know a guy locally who pushed 15 psi daily on a bone stock ls, going to the drag strip every chance he got, running on slicks and running low 11's for 3 years before it finally popped. as long as compression is good and it doesnt use oil, i see absolutely no reason not to boost a stock engine

Ahh sorry, forgot to get back to you
I do not need them but thanks for the quick offer! I got some my boy had from a volvo.
You could run a really small turbo that wouldn't require you to rev that high.
