No no......keep the CP-Fs. We don't need the DA's to all start looking like each other like all of the "EGs" and "EKs" on this site

****...try tucking any size wheel and communting in the heart of Los Angeles The streets are rough, plus I'm stubborn and refuse to reduce the bound/reboud on my suspension for some crappy pavement.

Personally, I don't like the look of dumped/tucking wheels anyway. It looks tacky and makes me think a teenager is driving the car I swear, if I see another dumped *** car with a Wakaba badge on it......

I'm scared to have more travel. More shock travel=more chance of severely bottoming out. I've had a brand new 4-1 header w/ 2.5" collector for over a year and a half because I'm scared I will dent it if I put it on (and my car is not even very low). I might just sell it and get a 4-2-1 and sacrifice the performance

I HEAR THAT!!!! In the past couple months I've hit random flying tire scraps that fucked my new paint on my bumper, and last weekend I hit somthing that seemed like it was a large rodent on the freeway. It took some of the paint off of my stock lip. I don't know how all you "lip" loving people do it.....I would have gone through so many of those things by now.

more shock travel= less chance of bottoming out and with da's u dont gotta worry about denting the header at your hight the cross member helps from denting ****

Oh, I'm not talking about my shocks bottoming out I'm talking about the whole front of my unibody slamming the ground. If you extend the top hats on your suspension, (unless you have custom bump stops) your car will be able to travel that much further when hitting a large bump. Instead of the bump stop preventing your car from slamming the ground, you slam the ground. I thought about the benefits of extended top hats, but I will have to find a way to work out the "over travel" issue.

Also...The cross member will not prevent the low hanging primaries of a 4-1 header from denting. I wish it did. If I end up using the one I have, I will be sure to fabricate a skid plate.

i agree with you sompletely!! a nicely lowered car, with the right size wheel and tire on it looks way better than a mad tyte dump/tuck.... not to mention, i dont like buying tires every 3 weeks!!

Agree completely. I want my wheels to be pushed as far to the corner of the car as possible giving me a wider track and to me, a much better sophisticated look. My only problem with this, is that with the DA chassis, I think to get a 15incher (or atleast, a 15 x 7) you want to run less than the ideal +38mm but you might need spacers, and I would rather have more thread on my lugs
