So i got to work today and let me tell you, this is some hard work. I only got one done at the moment but will be doing the rest tomorrow.I couldn't sand the flukes as i wanted,so the output wont be as you see on clear housings. Pics.
Ok,first thing first,i couldn't sand the flukes like i wanted,so the output isn't going to be perfect.
I took the light off the car and used a blow dryer to heat it up,then pulled the glass off.
First i cut the housing for fitting. Hard work i tell you. You got the get the angle just right or its not going to look good at all.

Now to fit it in.

After getting the angle and fitting right,i used some long screw like bolts and nuts to make it snug. Then put the glass back on and seal it all up. To seal it up,i used a strong plastic tape and a blow-dryer to mold it on as a base for the fiberglass.

And here is the outcome. This is only one light on,still needs adjusting but you can see the difference.

After playing around and doing a little adjusting,it now looks alot better. I also hooked the motor up for the highs. Now this is only one light.

sup everyone. im thinking of doing something with my front end either a white crow bumper or a domani front end theres one on craigslist for 4 bills and a white crow bumper for six what do you guys think cuz i cant decide. toyota00 the accord looks tight with the xxr some thing different dont really see much accord in the import scene but in the luxury scene with chrome wheels. ej_1 pimpin in the ivory ej for some reason the color looks hella tight on hondas that why i did mine that way too.
my wifey bought me a crx. thats my next project will post pics soon. ima buy a new clutch tommarow and order rims through my work looking at gt-3s for 220, slipstreams for 240, or drag (slipstream replicas) but in chrome for 220.
91_ls: Thats looking pretty good bro! keep it up.
91sedan_kid: I work at delray tire and retreading as a mechanic but we get the wheels, tires, car parts at wholesale price on an employee account or through my dad
austin_dc2: Im sure you can find an oem replacement bumper. But if you want OEM then i say best bet is dealer.

Yea some what. I was thinking on actually purchasing a couple sets to have and sell. same here I'm glad I don't go to school no more but I'm still screwed cuz I have to wake up early for work.
I worked on my rex put the clutch, msd set up, ngk plugs lowered it, momo steering wheel and used headers I had from my del sol put a battery and started. Damn timming is of by a tooth. I've done a d16a6 before and thiere complicated so decideing wheather to put a y8 head or just but my zc head from my other motor that has a spun bearing since ima be messing with timming. Kill two birds with one stone.
