I did some more things this week....i took on an extra project so drop in time may be a little longer.
Installed my 650cc injectors, for future noobs they dont fit over your stock OBDI injector clips. You need to modify the injectors itself by cutting off little tabs with a razor.

this is that tab to cut

with a simple swipe of a razor cut the tabs

Then i got an idea.................

put some labels but kept everything together.

Then i thought "what the hell did i get myself into"

So then i gave up for the day and clocked my turbo lol

my 1200cc used my obd0 clips for some reason but it works! wire tuck becomes fun when you know what your doing. haha. after a few wires it becomes easy. bitch part is looking it all up but me i use new snake wrap instead of fish wrap and heat shrink like most pro do. how come the wastegate dump didnt go the other way towards the exhaust side instead of the compressor? either way, i love your engine photo! haha.
messy as hell but it was all cleaned up before it went into the car.

this was the 1st attempted a few years back that didnt go so well haha! (cleaner for some reason? excuse what ever else is in the photo! haha!)

Hey we got the same pan, any leaks? i hear they're notorious for it.
why is my dump tube that way? idk lol. Do they usually face the hotside? This is my first time at forced induction so i got some things to learn still.
I really wanna have fun at tucking harness's, (maybe make money on the side). The whole thing is still together i just dont know what wire to depin or pull first. Did you cut and shorten your wires? i want to start with the injectors cause i hear thats a 'mini' harness within itself. idk, im going to fiddle with it tonight after work and figure out how im going to attack it.

yea it leaks. i had to re-tighten them. stopped but i could still see oil wanting to come out the gaps. plus i had 3 broken studs now haha!
i had my first turbo kit and it had the dump on the compressor side. people were saying to have it to the opposite side cause its suppose to suck "cold" air not hot..but nothing heat wrap cant fix.
tucking wires because really fun. i actually started to keep plenty of shrink wraps and electrical type in stock now cause of my first tuck. i do it for others now too (friends) and get paid a little bit. i shorten alot and extended some. soldered and shrink.
